Education Minister S Suresh Kumar has formed a committee to submit a report regarding a chapter on Tipu Sultan.
Madikeri MLA Appachu Ranjan had requested the education minister S Suresh kumar to have the chapter removed.
CM Yeddyurappa said that based on the committee’s report a decision will be taken.
When queried about the ruling party BJP having already made up their minds on the issue and thus how will the committees report help in this case ?, CM said that “There is no change in the
BJP government’s stand on the issue.
