All were charged with criminal conspiracty, cheating, etc. All the accused have been asked to furnish a bail bond of Rs 5,00,000 and 2 sureties each.

Noticing the move by Supreme Court A.Raja’s lawyer said that if five can get bail, then all the 14 accused should also be entitled to bail.
