The Supreme Court today granted bail to the five company executives charged in the 2G Scam. Sanjay Chandra(Unitech), Vinod Goenka(DB Realty), Guatam Doshi(Reliance), Surendra Pipara(Reliance) Hari Nair(Reliance) were granted conditional bail by the court. All were charged with criminal conspiracty, cheating, etc. All the accused have been asked to furnish a bail bond of Rs 5,00,000 and 2 sureties each.

Noticing the move by Supreme Court A.Raja’s lawyer said that if five can get bail, then all the 14 accused should also be entitled to bail.
